Hi, I’m Katie. I first discovered hypnotherapy back in college while studying to become a clinical dietitian. I was always fascinated by motivation and behavior change, but I had no idea the subconscious mind could be accessed in such a powerful way. I remember booking my first past life regression session and feeling completely in awe. A few months later, during a really painful breakup, I went back to hypnotherapy and, in just one session, I felt calmer, more confident, and able to let go completely. That experience changed everything for me, and over the past eight years, I’ve trained with amazing hypnotists from all over the world.
I truly believe that the mind heals the body, and the body helps heal the mind. When we let go of anger, worry, or old patterns, we feel lighter, calmer, and more empowered. Healthy habits, self-worth, and better ways of being can improve not just your mind, but your overall energy and physical health too.
Through my own journey, I’ve learned so much, I’ve quit drinking and smoking, I respond to challenges with more ease, and I communicate in a calmer, more productive way in my relationships. I’ve learned to take action on my goals, enjoy my business, and feel consistently peaceful and joyful.
